Do you have a special talent, skill, or body of knowledge that you want to share?  Monroe County Community College’s Office of Lifelong Learning and Office of Workforce Development is continually seeking instructors to develop and teach non-credit courses offered intermittently through their offices. 

Essential Job Functions
The Lifelong Learning program offers personal enrichment classes to adult and youth students.  Lifelong Learning courses are primarily hands-on, interactive classes taught in face-to-face sessions.  These short-term classes, which may be offered on an occasional basis, run at various times throughout the year.

The Workforce Development program offers specialized training for our business customers.  Workforce Development courses are primarily geared to training specific workers at specific companies on a wide range of topics.  This training can run at various times throughout the year depending on the demand from businesses.

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:  Teaching and/or corporate training experience in a K-12, college and/or corporate setting; Experience using educational technology or other technology relevant to the discipline.
