Join us for a yoga class designed for beginners. This 4-week class is an excellent opportunity to try yoga and determine if it’s right for you. Yoga is a gentle way to improve your flexibility, strength, and focus. It combines simple body movements, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to help you feel better both physically and mentally. Yoga is for everyone, and you don’t need to be flexible or experienced to start. This class will meet at Mindful Movement, located at 14 E. 1st Street in Monroe. Class size is limited.
